Poster Specifications
There will be two posters per side of each backboard. The maximum width for each poster is 45 inches (114 cm). The suggested maximum poster height is 45 inches (114 cm). Since the backboard is elevated about 3 ft (91 cm) above the ground, poster height can slightly exceed 45 inches (114 cm); however, only a 45-inch x 45-inch area of the poster can be tacked to the backboard.
Posters should be easily readable from a viewing distance of 3 ft (~ 1 m). The title should be at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) high, with the smallest lettering no less than 0.35 inches (9 mm) high.
Please bring at least 20 small copies of your poster to give to interested participants.
